About Broomfield Bird Club
Do you enjoy watching and learning about wild birds and having fun? Well, we do, too! We are a group of friendly folks who have a passion for wild birds. With no less than 256 species, you won’t be disappointed observing wild birds throughout Broomfield’s reservoirs, ponds, parks and open spaces.
The Broomfield Bird Club (BBC), a 501(c)(3) organization, was founded in April 2016 and is dedicated to:
- Promoting interest in and the enjoyment and observation of wild birds.
- Providing its members and the community with opportunities to learn about wild birds, their habitats and local birding localities.
- Providing opportunities for community members to become acquainted and to share information and experiences about wild birds.
- Fostering wild bird related projects (such as bird counts, building nesting boxes, etc.).
- Supporting the protection and conservation of wild birds and their habitats.
Should you have any questions or suggestions on how to improve the Broomfield Bird Club or its website, please feel welcome to Contact Us. In the meantime, we look forward to meeting and doing some bird watching with you all!
